This Privacy Policy explains how CoreX ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you interact with the CoreX tracker, bots, websocket feeds, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you acknowledge the practices described here.

This policy is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We comply with the EU GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable data-protection laws.

02.Information we collect

We collect the minimum information needed to operate the Service:

  • Account identifiers. Your Discord or Telegram user ID when you join a community where CoreX operates, and your email address if you provide it.
  • Subscription data. Plan, billing status, and payment metadata returned by our payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
  • Service configuration. Tracked usernames, keywords, or other watch-list settings you provide.
  • Operational logs. Limited request metadata (IP address, timestamps, error codes) used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.

We do not knowingly collect protected, private, or otherwise non-public social content.

03.How we use information

We use information to:

  • Deliver notifications and feeds you have requested.
  • Process subscriptions, renewals, and refunds.
  • Authenticate users and prevent abuse, fraud, or rule violations.
  • Monitor and improve performance, reliability, and accuracy.
  • Communicate with you about your subscription, the Service, or important policy changes.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

04.How we share information

We do not sell personal information. We share information only as described below:

  • Service providers. Payment processors, hosting providers (e.g., Cloudflare), and analytics tools that process data on our behalf under appropriate data-protection terms.
  • Legal requirements. When required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of CoreX, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case the recipient will remain bound by this policy.

05.Public X / social data

The Service surfaces public information already published on third-party platforms (currently X / Twitter). We process this data in accordance with each platform's developer agreement and applicable law. We do not access protected accounts, direct messages, or otherwise non-public content.

06.Cookies & analytics

This website does not set cookies of its own and does not run analytics. Your theme preference is saved in your browser's local storage and never sent to us.

Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary cookies for security and bot protection — see their privacy notice for details.

07.Data retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Operational logs are retained for a limited window appropriate to debugging and abuse prevention; subscription records are retained for the duration of the applicable tax and accounting period.

08.Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal information we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

09.International transfers

The Service is operated globally and information may be processed in countries other than your own, including those without equivalent data-protection laws. The Service is not directed to children under 16 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
