CoreX: Terms of Service

01.Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and CoreX ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the CoreX tracker, bots, websocket feeds, websites, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

02.The service

CoreX is an automated monitoring tool that tracks and surfaces public information published on supported social platforms — currently X (formerly Twitter), with additional platforms in development. The Service delivers notifications via Discord, Telegram, and an optional WebSocket feed depending on your plan.

03.X / Twitter policies

The Service operates in compliance with X's Developer Agreement, Developer Policy, and Automation Rules. We access only public data through permitted means and identify the Service as automated where required. We do not access protected accounts, private messages, or otherwise non-public content. If X changes its policies or availability, features of the Service may change accordingly.

04.Data handling & privacy

We process only publicly available information. No private messages, protected accounts, or non-public content are accessed or stored. Data we collect is used solely to operate and improve the Service and is retained no longer than necessary for that purpose.

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. We comply with the GDPR, UK GDPR, and applicable data-protection laws.

05.Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:

Expose the Service or its data to unrestricted public audiences, including through mirroring, scraping, or rebroadcasting.
Provide free, open-access real-time monitoring or account-specific tracking derived from the Service.
Use the Service for harassment, manipulation, deceptive behavior, or any unlawful purpose.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or underlying models from the Service, except as expressly permitted by law.
Resell, sublicense, or transfer your access to the Service without our prior written consent.

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

06.Community deployments

If you operate or share the Service within a community (Discord server, Telegram group, or similar):

Access must be gated by a paywall, a private role, or an invitation-only mechanism.
You may optionally offer a public preview that displays no more than five (5) static high-profile accounts (e.g., @elonmusk) and must not include timely, sensitive, or account-specific tracking.
You remain responsible for ensuring your community's use of the Service complies with these Terms.

07.Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are made available on a subscription basis (monthly, quarterly, or yearly) and renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You authorize us, and our payment processor, to charge your payment method on each renewal.

Subscriptions are personal to the subscriber and may not be shared, resold, or redistributed. You are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the next billing cycle if you do not wish to be charged again.

Failure to follow these Terms (including the Acceptable Use section) may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

08.Refund policy

All sales are final. Because the Service is a digital product with immediately delivered value, we do not provide refunds except as expressly stated below or as required by applicable law.

You acknowledge that we will not refund you because:

You forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
You used the Service rarely or not at all.
You misunderstood features or pricing that are publicly listed.
You were terminated for violating these Terms.
You requested a refund after receiving value from the Service.
You opened a payment dispute or chargeback instead of contacting us.

Limited exceptions

At our sole discretion, we may issue a partial or full refund in the following circumstances:

You were erroneously charged more than once for the same billing period.
A technical failure on our side prevented you from accessing the Service for more than 72 consecutive hours and we were unable to restore access.
A purchase was made through unauthorized access to your account and you report it to us within 24 hours of the transaction.

09.Service availability

We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. For unplanned outages exceeding one (1) hour during a subscriber's active billing period, we will automatically extend the affected subscription by one (1) additional day for each full 24-hour period of downtime.

Scheduled maintenance announced in advance does not count as downtime. Compensation applies only to subscribers active during the affected period.

10.Disputes & chargebacks

If you believe you have been charged in error or wish to dispute a charge, you must contact us first. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without prior contact will result in:

Immediate and permanent termination of your account.
Addition to our blacklist, which we may share with partner communities.
Full cooperation with the payment processor, including provision of logs and usage records, to contest the dispute.

11.Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, accurate, complete, or that any third-party data delivered through it is correct. Third-party links or references are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for external content.

12.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall CoreX, its affiliates, officers, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Our aggregate liability under or relating to these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

13.Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, at our sole discretion, including for violation of these Terms or risk to the Service or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Refund Policy, and Disputes) will survive.

14.Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates take effect when posted on this page, or, where material, upon notice through our Telegram hub or Discord community. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
